50 - 6000 MHz, 25 dBm+ Low Noise Amplifier: LNA1009-1 Datasheet

The LNA1009 Low-Noise Amplifier operates within the frequency range of 50-6000MHz with a minimum gain of 25dB and low harmonics, producing more than 25dBm power. This compact Class A/AB linear design ensures optimal reliability and ruggedness, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. The amplifier comes with SMA female connectors and measures just 60L x 50W x 27H mm.
