L-Band Fixed-Gain Amplifiers: A-GABL1-33XX
ETL Systems offers a series of fixed-gain tubular amplifiers with 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 dB gain that operate in the L-band (850-2150 MHz). These amplifiers are available in DC pass biased from either RF port, DC block biased from output port, 10 MHz and DC pass biased from either RF port, DC blocked biased from input port, 10 MHz and DC block biased from output port, or 10 MHz and DC block from input port. Typical field applications for these devices include telecom infrastructures, satellite systems, microwave links, test and instrumentation, military communications, and radar networks.

Digital Controlled Variable Gain Amplifier 2000MHz To 2800MHz: RFDA2046
RFMD’s RFDA2046 is a digital controlled variable gain amplifier featuring high linearity over the entire gain control range with noise figure less than 5.2dB in its maximum gain state. The gain of the 6-bit digital step attenuator is programmed with a serial mode control interface (SPI). The RFDA2046 is packaged in a small 6.0mm x 6.0mm leadless laminate MCM, which contains plated through thermal vias for ultra-low thermal resistance. This module is easy to use with no external matching components required.
400- To 2700-MHz Digital Controlled Variable Gain Amplifiers
Two models of digitally controlled variable gain amplifiers operating in the 400- to 2700-MHz range are available from RFMD. They both featured power-up programming, 12-bit SPI serial control programming, single +5V supply, a gain control range of 31.5dB, dual channel VGA, full internal matching and no external bias inductors. Two 6-bit digital step attenuators, and 50dBc channel isolation. These amplifiers can be used in cellular, 3G infrastructure, WiBro, WiMax, LTE, Microwave Radio, and High Linearity Power Control applications.
Digital Controlled Variable Gain Amplifier 10MHZ To 850MHZ: RFDA0045
RFMD’s RFDS0045 is a Digital Controlled Variable Gain Amplifier operating in the 10MHZ to 850MHZ frequency range. It features SPI serial control programming, a max gain of 44dB at 150MHz, a gain control range of 31.5dB (0.5dB Step Size), high OIP3 of 42dBm at 150MHz, high P1dB = 20dBm at 150MHz, a single +5V supply, a small 32-Pin, 5.2mm x 5.2mm MCM, a footprint compatible with 5mm x 5mm, 32-Pin QFN, and power-up programming. This amplifier is ideal for Transceiver IF DVA, Cellular, PCS, GSM, UMTS, Wireless Data, and Satellite Terminal applications.

Variable Gain High Linearity, Low Noise Amplifier: RFLA1018
RFMD's RFLA1018 is an analog-controlled voltage-variable gain amplifier featuring high linearity and very low noise figure. This LNA with bypass mode and variable attenuator provides over 35dB of dynamic gain range. The RFLA1018 has a 3.3V control range with maximum gain at 0V. The LNA is temperature compensated to reduce gain variation. A noise figure of 0.65dB and an IIP3 of 2dBm make this component ideal for receiver input lineups. The RFLA1018 is packaged in a small 8.0mm x 8.0mm leadless laminate MCM. This module is internally matched to 50Ω on all RF ports, making it easy to use with no external matching components required.
