    The OLS449 is a surface mount optocoupler featuring an LED and N-P-N silicon photo-transistor that is electrically isolated, but optically coupled inside a hermetic six-pin Leadless Chip Carrier (LLC) package. The optocoupler also has a high Current Transfer Ratio (CTR) with an ambient temperature range from -55°C to +100°C at an LED current of 1mA due to radiation exposure.
