Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier: SKY67151-396LF
This high performance, GaAs, pHEMT low-noise amplifier (LNA) covers the 0.7-3.8 GHz frequency range and is ideal for applications involving LTE, GSM, WCDMA, HSDPA macro and micro base stations, high temperature transceiver applications, L and S band ultra-low noise receivers, cellular repeaters, and DAS, and RRH/RRUs.
Two Stage, High Linearity and High Gain Low-Noise Amplifier: SKY67107-306LF
This low-noise amplifier (LNA) operates in the 2.3-2.8 GHz frequency range and features active bias and high linearity performance. In addition to the high linearity, the output stage also provides high gain. The advanced GaAs pHEMT enhancement mode front end device provides ultra-low Noise Figure. Stable performance over temperature and process variation are a direct result of the amplifier’s active bias circuitry.
Discrete Low Power, Low Noise Amplifiers

Skyworks Solutions has introduced a new single stage GaAs pHEMT LNA that offers low noise figure (0.60 dB), very high linearity (23 dBm IIP3), and excellent return loss (14 dB) in a small 2 x 2 mm DFN package. On-die active bias design ensures consistent performance and enables unconditional stability. The 0.6 – 1.2 GHz SKY67001-396LF is designed for cellular infrastructure applications including tower mounted amplifiers, remote radio units, repeaters and base stations. The LNA is ideal for cost sensitive, yet demanding situations which require a highly efficient amplifier with high gain and low-noise figure.
High Gain Two Stage LNAs
Skyworks is pleased to introduce a series of high gain, two stage LNAs employing both GaAs pHEMT and GaAs HBT technology that offer very low noise figure, high linearity and excellent return loss in a small, quad flat, 4 mm squared leadless package. On-die, active-bias design ensures consistent performance and enables unconditional stability. The pHEMT front-end enables ultra low noise figure, while the HBT-based output stage provides customers a compelling solution with both high linearity and efficiency.
