Xpedion Design Systems, Inc., an electronic design automation (EDA) solutions provider was founded in April 1997. Xpedion's EDA solution is targeted for commercial and defense wireless communication systems and integrated circuits.

Xpedion's mission is to provide Wireless design tools that offer a significant reduction in design cycle time and improved design performance for systems and ICs, leading to practical implementation of systems-on-chip Xpedion recognizes designers' need for unified EDA environment for mixed-signal and mixed-level designs (circuit, components and systems). Xpedion therefore intends to integrate its core tools with industry-standard EDA environments, thus providing smooth design flows between various design disciplines (analog, digital, mixed-signal and high frequency).
