Wyle Electronics, Conexant Ink North American Distribution Agreement

<%=company1%> (Newport Beach, CA) and Wyle Electronics (Irvine, CA) have signed an agreement under which Wyle will distribute Conexant's semiconductor products and solutions for communications electronics. Conexant expects that Wyle customers will design its portfolio of products into a variety of applications. The company said the agreement is consistent with its strategy of maintaining a limited third-party distribution network and still allow its customers a choice of support.
