Wideband Driver Amplifiers Up To 4W

RFHIC's wideband driver amplifiers are RFC and WL series. It is all hybrid type products which include all matching for the convenience of customers. RFC products are all balanced type devices with copper heat sink for either bolt down or sweat bonding design.

WL series are wideband LNA devices with GaAs p-HEMT die attached on a ceramic thick film substrate. All wideband devices are possible to have custom frequency & spec without any additional NRE cost involved.

RFC series are DC to 1GHz frequency range, and 1W to 4W output power.

WL series are a wideband LNA used for up to 50~2000MHz frequency levels.
