Wideband Amp: RWP Series, 20 To 1000 MHz, 20W And 40W

RFHIC upgraded existing wideband amplifiers with the new GaN-on-SiC technology. Ideal for Broadcasting, Telecommunication, Medical and Other markets, RWP series has 20MHz to 1000MHz bandwidth coverage, with 40W & 20W P3dB. These pallet amplifiers are available in production volumes. Please check out the RWP05040-10, which has typical 37dB gain & 44~46dBm P3dB depending on frequency of 20~1000MHz. The hybrid amplifiers are compatible with analog, digital, and video waveforms used in ground to ground, ground to air and satellite communications. This power amplifier can be used on general-purpose military and industrial applications such as electronic warfare, tactical communications, radar, instrumentation and direct video broadcasting applications.

RWP05040-10 is a wideband amplifier with an operation band 20-1000MHz & Pout 40W. Utilize Gallium Nitride on SiC technology, and full in/out matching for broadband performance. RWP05020-10 is a wideband amplifier with an operation band 20-1000MHz & Pout 20W. Utilize Gallium Nitride on SiC technology, and full in/out matching for broadband performance.

Both 40W & 20W pallet amplifiers are packaged in a DP-75 package(70x51x17mm) and are lead-free/RoHS compliant. Different gain, different output power, different frequency coverage version are available, so please contact the factory rfsales@rfhic.com for more information.
