0.5 Watt High Linearity Amplifier: QPA9119 Datasheet

The new QPA9119 is a high linearity amplifier designed to deliver excellent performance with +44 dBm OIP3 and +27.2 dBm P1dB while consuming only 130 mA quiescent current. This amplifier features on-chip DC over-voltage and RF over-drive protection, which protects the device from electrical DC voltage surges and high input power levels, and allows it to have a very robust Class 1C HBM ESD rating.
