This low noise amplifier (LNA) operates in the 80-105 GHz frequency range and features 16 dB linear gain, a 5 dB noise figure from 80 to 90 GHz, a 3.40x1.60x0.07mm chip size, and VD=2.5V @ ID=115 mA DC bias.
