Vislink Announces Acquisition Of Pacific Microwave Research

North Billerica, MA -- Vislink plc (the ultimate parent company of Microwave Radio Communications) announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Pacific Microwave Research Inc. ("PMR") – a Vista, CA based developer of analog and digital microwave video transmission solutions for law enforcement, homeland security and military applications. The acquisition of PMR is expected to complete before the end of September.

PMR products are used for video evidence collection, covert surveillance, unmanned ground and aerial vehicle control, and flight test air-to-ground image transmissions. The company's principal shareholders, who have been instrumental in the development of the business, will continue at PMR working with the Vislink Group to capitalize on new opportunities in the law enforcement and homeland security markets both in the US and internationally.
