Variable Attenuator

The AV107-59 GaAs IC 35 dB voltage variable attenuator features a linear transfer curve of 12 dB/V slope, with input and output VSWR better than 2:1 in all states. At 900 MHz, its attenuation range is 35 dB. The AV107-59 operates with a supply voltage of +3 V in a MSOP-8 package.
