US Monolithics

U.S. Monolithics is a commercially oriented designer of monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) and modules for use in broadband communications. The Company's systems background and proprietary capabilities enable it to produce low cost highly integrated 30 GHz power amplifiers and 20/30 GHz transceivers for the satellite communications market and to begin early work on high frequency optical networking interface components.

As a fab-less company with experience using a wide range of commercial GaAs foundries, the Company produces designs utilizing standard fabrication processes which enable production scale and cost efficiencies unavailable from an integrated supplier.
