The PE97640 is a fractional-N synthesizer optimized for frequency synthesis up to 5 GHZ in commercial space applications. It is manufactured on Peregrine’s UltraCMOS® process, a patented variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology on a sapphire substrate, and is available in a 64-lead QCFP package.
