N/Ad F6CP ultra-compact Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filters are designed for both current and future mobile communications equipment. The filters have a package size of 2 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.9 mm.
The F5CP series RF filters are designed for use in the 700-1000 MHz band for GSM, EGSM and AMPS mobile communication applications. The F6CP series is suited to DCS, PCS, Bluetooth, and W-CDMA equipment working at frequencies ranging from 1.8 GHz to 2.5 GHz. The F6CP series provides a stop band attenuation of better than 40 dB at 5 GHz, and low ripple and insertion loss.
Housed in an SMT leadless chip carrier (LCC) package with flip-chip technology, the filters offer low inductance and high resistance to climate variations, mechanical vibration and shock.
