Qorvo offers the QPL9097 high-linearity, ultra-low noise gain block amplifier with integrated bypass mode functionality. This LNA is ideal for a wide range of applications including base station receivers, tower mount amplifiers, repeaters, FDD-LTE, TDD-LTE, WCDMA, and general purpose wireless systems.
The QPL9097 model covers the 3.3 – 4.2 GHz band and provides 22 dB gain, +32 dBm OIP3, and 1.0 dB noise figure while drawing 50 mA current from a +4.2 V supply. This model is internally matched through an E-pHEMT process, and contains an internal active bias to maintain high-performance over temperature.
