This white paper provides information on two of Skyworks’ ultra-low noise amplifiers; the SKY67150-396LF and the SKY671513-396LF. Both of these LNAs cover the 30 MHz to 4.0 GHz range and are ideal for applications that call for low noise figures, excellent linearity, and extended temperature performance to +105oC ambient.
