Trusted On Unmanned Platforms For The Protection Of Critical Infrastructure And Key Points Of Interest
As unmanned ground, air, and maritime systems take on a growing role in operations, Alaris COJOT's wideband antennas help keep them connected — wherever the mission takes them.
Based in Finland and part of the European Union, Alaris COJOT provides specialised, high-performance antenna solutions for Counter-UAS applications, focused on the detection, tracking, and neutralisation of unmanned aerial threats. Our portfolio includes Steerable Beam Antennas (SBAs) for fast detection and jamming; wideband, high-power antennas for electronic countermeasures (ECM); and direction-finding antennas tailored for electronic support measures (ESM) in both military and civilian environments.
These solutions are built to counter modern drone threats, delivering flexible, field-proven technology that enhances situational awareness and enables effective electronic countermeasures.
Introducing the WB627D and WB1942D
Our newest covert antennas, the WB627D and WB1942D, extend this capability into applications where discretion and integration flexibility matter most. Both are compact, military-grade antennas engineered for easy mounting making them well suited to covert platforms, VIP protection, and small unmanned systems such as UAVs where space and visual signature are at a premium.
The WB627D covers the 600 MHz–2700 MHz band, while the WB1942D extends coverage further, from 1900 MHz to 4200 MHz. Together, the pair spans a broad section of the RF spectrum relevant to electronic surveillance (ISR) and electronic countermeasures (ECM/C-IED) missions. Both antennas offer strong performance across their full frequency range and a 200 W power rating, giving operators a robust, high-power option without sacrificing the small form factor needed for discreet or space-constrained installations.
Whether integrated on a small aerial or fixed platform, the WB627D and WB1942D give operators the reach and reliability to maintain connectivity and situational awareness, without compromising on concealment.
Protecting critical infrastructure and key points of interest, like power stations, airports, ports, and other high-value sites, increasingly depends on extending situational awareness into the air itself. Mounted on UAVs, the WB627D and WB1942D bring detection, tracking, and electronic countermeasure capability directly over the site being defended, complementing fixed, ground-based installations with a layer that can be repositioned as the threat picture changes. This airborne approach helps operators watch a wider perimeter, close gaps in coverage around perimeters and approach corridors, and respond faster when a drone incursion is detected, all while keeping the antenna's compact, low-signature footprint intact.
Collaboration across Europe has never been more important. Given the current trends, no time can be wasted to invest in stronger counter-UAS (C-UAS) capabilities.
