Transient Voltage Suppressors

The AntennaGuard series of transient voltage suppressors feature capacitance values of better than 3 pF and 12 pF in the 0603 size and better than 3 pF in the 0402 size. The suppressors are suited for applications using an RF antenna, especially cellular phones, base stations, pagers, handheld barcode scanners, as well as WLAN and networking systems. The chips are rated at +18 V and operate across –55 to +125° C.
