Thermal Modeling Tool

An online modeling tool allows users to model the company's heat sinks over the Internet and view a simulation of the application, including a 3-D color thermal plot of multiple power sources. Users can place common IGBT modules on a heat sink template that they configure online, or they can specify a custom device and optimize the design.
