By mechanically deforming conventional strands with repeated blows, rotary swaging smooths the conductor surface, creating a nearly perfect round structure that minimizes discontinuities. This reduces return loss peaks, lowers insertion loss, and enhances overall signal performance.

Central to this portfolio is the SUCOFLEX 550S, a customizable microwave cable assembly offering exceptional durability with a service life exceeding 100,000 flex cycles—far surpassing conventional solutions.
