Designed for a wide range of RF and microwave testing, the standard MicroWAVE6000 instrumentation suite features a 6-GHz source, VNA capability, complete 12-term error correction, and GUI-based templates for programming ease-of use.
Options include modulation up to 2.7 GHz, up to 16 RF pins, noise figure testing, and phase noise testing. Test programs and hardware interfaces developed on the company's Generation 2 microwave instrumentation are compatible with this new system.
