The 5620 series of ECL and PECL terminators is designed to be used with oscilloscopes to measure ECL and PECL signals. The components are DC-biased, 50-W attenuators that provide the proper 50 W returned to Vtt required for measuring ECL or PECL signals. Featuring flat frequency responses up to 8 GHz, the terminators demonstrate rise times of better than 25 ps.
