TE Features Rugged, High Speed Connectors At Sea Air Space 2012
TE Offers an In-Depth Look at High Speed Solutions and Advanced Technologies
High speed solutions will include: Fortis Zd Connectors, CeeLok FAS-T Connectors, Quadrax Connectors, MULTIGIG RT2 Connectors (VITA 41/46), ARINC 801 Fiber-Optic Connectors, Mezalok Connectors, MIL-STD-1554 Data Bus System and PRO BEAM Fiber-Optic Connectors. Advanced capabilities that save space and weight, including embedded antennas and composite enclosures, will also be featured.
Fortis Zd Connector - This advanced high-speed backplane connector, designed for military and commercial aerospace applications, supports increasing bandwidth requirements in a ruggedized format to withstand the increased shock and vibration requirements of emerging military applications.
CeeLok FAS-T Connector - The most rugged, small form factor, 10 Gigabit ETHERNET, field terminable I/O connector in the marketplace meets today’s high speed signal requirements and the expected 10 Gb/s speeds needed in the future.
MULTIGIG RT2 Connector - This backplane connector family is the high reliability standard for VXS (VITA 41) and VPX (VITA 46) architectures. The connector features 10Gbps performance and is focused on reducing SWaP, with mechanical and electrical CAD models posted and ready for download.
Mezalok Connector - A high-reliability mezzanine connector that more than doubles the speed and durability of competing technology, making it the most viable option for today’s military and commercial aerospace applications.
