COM201B Lightweight VHF Communications Antenna

The COM201B is a vertically polarized, omni-directional antenna specifically designed for quick deployment and ease of operation. The COM201B has the versatility to be deployed in several different applications:

Ground mounted by using a unique tripod leg structure.

Mast mounted on the following masts by using our optional mast adapter:

o         OE-254

o         QEAM®

o         Contact Corporation® telescopic Cobham masts.

Tower mounted.

COM209 UHF Base Mount Antennas

The COM209 is a vertically polarized, omnidirectional dipole antenna specifically designed for ground-to-air and point-to-point communications. Frequency coverage is from 225-400 MHz without external tuning. VSWR is typically less than 1.5:1. Peak gain is at the horizon with a typical value of 1.5 dBi.

COM212 VHF & UHF Communications Antennas

The COM212 is a base mounted, broadband, dipole antenna that provides vertically polarized, omnidirectional coverage over the 30 - 88 MHz frequency band for power levels to 800 watts.

The elevation pattern of the antenna is a figure eight with maximum signal intensity along the horizon and a half-power beamwidth of 80o. The inherent balance dipole design and broadband impedance characteristics make the performance of this antenna relatively insensitive to its mounting environment.

COM228 Stacked VHF Communications Antenna

The COM228 is a stacked, two port omnidirectional antenna specifically designed for quick deployment and ease of operation. The antenna is mounted in a stacked configuration for maximum isolation and covers the 30-88 MHz band without external tuning.

COM229 Dual Stacked UHF Antenna

The Model COM229 is a general purpose communications antenna. It is specifically designed for multichannel use when two UHF (225-450 MHz) channels are to be used simultaneously.

Dual UHF dipole radiators are enclosed in a single housing, providing independent, broadband, vertically polarized coverage. Use of this antenna in multichannel communications systems can substantially reduce the total space requirements and significantly improve overall system performance.

COM231 Vehicular Mount VHF Communications Antenna

The COM231 is a vertically polarized, omni-directional antenna specifically designed to meet rigorous, environmental and mechanical conditions encountered in a military environment. It provides VHF communications for a range of military vehicles and can be used with any radio that operates within its 30-88 MHz frequency. 

COM232 UHF Base Mount Antenna

The COM232 is a vertically polarized, omni-directional, low power dipole antenna specifically designed for ground-to-air and point-to-point communications. The COM232 is designed with an integral base mount with recessed RF connector for ease of installation. Frequency coverage is from 225-450 MHz without external tuning. Peak radiation response is provided at the horizon with a minimum gain of 2 dBi. Connector adapters can be purchased separately.

COM237 Series Communication Antenna

The COM237 is a two port, vertically polarized, omni-directional antenna designed to meet the rigorous environmental and mechanical requirements of the US Military. The COM237 is capable of mounting on the OE-254, QEAM® and Contact Corporation® telescopic Cobham masts by using our optional mast adapter. The antenna radiates an omni-directional pattern in the azimuth plane and a figure eight pattern in the elevation plane. Maximum power is directed toward the horizon.

COM242 Series - Vehicle Mount & Ground/Mast Mount Antenna

The COM242 series antennas are vertically polarized, omni-directional three (3) port tactical communications antennas for the VHF, UHF and EPLRS bands. This antenna meets the rigorous mechanical and environmental requirements of the US military. Designed for 100 Watts of CW power, the COM242 has a typical VSWR of 2.0:1 at the input connectors. The antenna radiates an omni-directional pattern in the azimuth plane and a figure eight pattern in the elevation plane. Maximum power is directed towards the horizon.

COM243 Series Tri-Band Vehicle Mount Antenna

The COM243 antenna is a vertically polarized, omni-directional three-port tactical vehicle mounted communications antenna for the VHF, UHF and L bands. This antenna meets the rigorous mechanical and environmental requirements of the US military. Designed for 100 watts of CW power, the COM243 has a typical VSWR of 3.0:1 at the input connectors. The antenna radiates an omni-directional pattern in the azimuth plane and a figure eight pattern in the elevation plane.

EMM336 Vehicle Mount Antenna

The EMM336 is a vertically polarized, omnidirectional antenna specifically designed to meet the rigorous environmental conditions encountered in a military environment. It provides wideband electronic counter measures for a range of military vehicles and can be used with ECM equipment that operates in the 20-6000 MHz frequency.
