Switched Capacitor Regulator

Engineered for cellular phone and handheld PC (HPC) designs, the LM2685 integrates a switched capacitor doubler, a low dropout (LDO) regulator, and a switched capacitor inverter into a TSSOP-14 package. This IC provides a dual output (+5 VDC regulated and –5 VDC unregulated) power supply by using switched capacitor and LDO techniques. The product also accommodates an input voltage across the +2.85 to +5.5 VDC range.
