Surface-Mount Oscillator

The VF315 surface-mount oscillator features a frequency operating range of 1.5 to 70 MHz and is available for 5 V or 3.3 V applications. The device, designed in a J-lead plastic package with a standard footprint, provides pin-to-pin compatibility with existing solutions.

Other features of the device include Tri-state operation, duty tolerance of ±5%, stability options (ppm: ±50, ±100) and operating temperature ranges of 0 to 70°C and -40 to 85°C.
