Surface Mount Optocoupler: OLS449 Datasheet

The OLS449 is constructed for a low LED operating current while providing superior radiation tolerance margins. The optocoupler features and LED and N-P-N silicon photo-transistor that is electrically isolated, but optically coupled inside a hermetic six-pin LLC package.
