Efficiency through simplicity. The Surelite™ OPO Plus's simple, single stage design yields a high conversion efficiency. The SureliteTM OPO was designed for optimum performance when pumped by the SureliteTM I , II or III Nd:YAG laser systems. The SureliteTM laser and OPO system combination delivers optimized long-term and worry-free operation. The SureliteTM OPO Plus's design is not compromised by the requirement to be upgradable to a master oscillator and power amplifier system at a later date. Optimizing techniques, such as doublepass pumping, orienting optics to take maximum advantage of the polarization properties of the pump and resonated waves, and using Type I phase-matching BBO all help to produce efficient parametric gain.
