SUCOFLIGHT™ 100 Series Datasheet

Source: HUBER+SUHNER

The SUCOFLIGHT™ 100 series represents a new generation of hermetically sealed, MIL-qualified vapor-barrier RF coaxial assemblies engineered for the most demanding environments.

Designed to block contaminants such as water vapor, jet fuel, propellants, and chemicals, these assemblies provide critical reliability for high-stakes systems including airframes, Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars, electronic warfare pods, avionics upgrades, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations.

The portfolio includes two main variants, the SUCOFLIGHT™ 123 and SUCOFLIGHT™ 134, both compliant with MIL-T-81490 standards. Each features standardized connector entries with field-replaceable connector interface heads, enabling interchangeability across cable types and enhancing flexibility for diverse deployment needs. Operational durability is a core strength, with the assemblies offering extended longevity in harsh environmental conditions, low insertion loss, and excellent shielding effectiveness.

A notable feature is the VLN interface, which ensures a hermetic transition from the cable to connector heads while incorporating a wedge design that supports high voltage ratings for peak power applications. Safety wire holes across all connectors further ensure secure, reliable performance under mission-critical conditions.

By combining advanced engineering, rigorous MIL qualification, and HUBER+SUHNER’s end-to-end expertise, the SUCOFLIGHT™ 100 series delivers a one-stop solution tailored for the challenges of military aviation and beyond. Offering resilience, performance, and adaptability, these assemblies stand as a vital innovation for safeguarding system integrity in environments where failure is not an option.
