Stellant Systems PST expands its X-Band solid-state power amplifier portfolio with three new GaN-based modules designed to meet evolving demands in radar, electronic warfare, and communications systems. Each new model offers unique performance benefits for SWaP-sensitive and high-power applications across defense and aerospace markets.

BPMC99109-1000 – This high-power module delivers 1000W at 9–10 GHz using AB Linear GaN technology, making it ideal for radar systems requiring scalable and efficient power. It incorporates advanced features such as pulse width and duty factor protection, RF input/output sample detectors, and thermal/load VSWR safeguards. Optional phase and amplitude control, along with a digital interface, support integration into phased array systems—enabling scalable system power up to 10kW. The BPMC99109-1000 reflects Stellant PST’s commitment to advancing GaN-based amplifier innovation.

BME79119-170 – Designed as a TWT/MPM replacement, this compact 170W amplifier module operates from 7–11 GHz in Class AB CW mode. It features 4GHz bandwidth, low harmonic distortion, low-voltage operation, and rugged construction, making it a reliable solution for radar, electronic warfare, and communications platforms where size, weight, and power (SWaP) constraints are critical. The BME79119-170 strengthens Stellant PST’s offer of CW-capable, high-efficiency RF solutions for defense programs worldwide.

BPMC79119-300 – Delivering 300W across the 7–11 GHz range, the BPMC79119-300 combines high performance with a compact, lightweight design tailored for pulse applications. It features Class AB operation, 4GHz bandwidth, low harmonic distortion, and durable GaN-based construction. This module offers a versatile alternative to traditional TWT/MPM solutions, supporting demanding mission profiles in communications, EW, and radar systems.
