Webinar: Square Kilometer Array (SKA) Analysis Using HyperWorks

The Square Kilometer Array (SKA) is planned to be the world’s interferometric radio telescope with speeds up to 10,000 times faster, a collecting area of 1 million square meters, and 50 times more sensitivity that any other existing radio telescope. This webinar, presented by Altair, will cover the key analysis aspects being undertaken for the SKA Phase 1 project analysis using HyperWorks. The aspects that will be discussed include electromagnetic design and radio interference (RFI) analysis of large dish reflector antennas and aperture arrays, and coupled mechanical-electromagnetic analysis for including environmental effects.
