Sprague-Goodman Announces Surface-Mount, Ceramic, Dielectric Capacitor

Westbury, NY -- Sprague-Goodman Electronics announced the addition of the SGB series of miniature, surface-mount, ceramic, dielectric capacitors to its product line of trimmer capacitors. Initial targeted applications include space programs, cryogenics, and MRI projects.

The SGB series offers a combination of high-voltage tolerance with magnetic/non-magnetic capabilities and meets military specifications and quality control measures. Featuring a capacitance range of 1.0 to 9.0 pF, and a working temperature of -65° to +150° C, the SGB series also provides a self-resonant frequency over 3 GHz, and a rotational life of 10,000 turn minimum.

Over the next few months, Sprague-Goodman will launch a variety of new product lines currently in the late development stages.
