SMD Stratum 3 TCXO: M6071 Series

MtronPTI offers the Stratum 3 M6071 series of TCXOs ideally designed for operation from 10 to 40 MHz frequencies for satcom, telecom, milcom, and other test and measurement applications. The M6071 series features a superior phase noise -97dBc/Hz @10 Hz offset, measured at 38.88 MHz.
Additional specifications include a maximum frequency tolerance of ±4.6 ppm, CMOS or clipped sinewave output, a rise/fall time of 6.5 ns, and an operating voltage of 3.3 V. These TCXOs deliver industry leading stability as low as ±0.1 ppm over temperature ranges as wide as -40 ˚C to +105 ˚C.
