The M1620 and M1260 families are available in standard and custom frequencies up to 80 MHz and are ideal for space-constrained, communications, IoT, and wearable applications.
These small form factor quartz crystal units provide extremely tight frequency tolerance down to +/-10ppm over the temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C with a low equivalent series resistance (ESR). They are packaged in 1.6 x 2.0mm and 1.2 x 1.6mm surface mount packages. Download the accompanying datasheets for additional information.
