The SKY87021-11 is a high-efficiency RF front-end power management IC designed for the SkyBlue™ System, and for APT RF power amplifier (PA) applications in portable battery powered devices such as smartphones, tablets, and eBook readers. The device is housed in a 16-ball, 1.991 mm x 1.991 mm Chip Scale Package (CSP), and has over-temperature and short-circuit protection.
