A photoengraveable silver conductor paste, designated KQ610, produces high-density interconnections using a combination of screen printing and photoengraving. Useful up to 80 GHz, the material supports the production of conductor geometries of 50 µm or better. It features dielectric loss of 0.01% and a dielectric constant of 3.9.
