Anritsu offers a series of signal generators that are able to cover audio, HF, VHF, UHF, RF, microwave, and millimeter frequencies; >70 GHz  to 500 GHz utilize external multipliers. With excellent phase noise, fast frequency switching speeds, and a full suite of analog modulation capability (including high performance pulse modulation), the MG3690C series is an ideal signal source for design and manufacturing test of components and systems for a wide variety of applications, including general purpose stimulus, LO or clock substitution and radar scenario simulation.  MG37020A signal generators offer many of the same benefits as the MG3690C series but are tailored to applications where frequency switching speed is critical from simply high throughput manufacturing test, through data intensive applications such as antenna characterization, to electronic warfare and radar scenario simulation.
