Schematic: HF50-Series Wideband, 500 Watt Power Module

Spectrum Devices has developed a 2-30 MHz, 500 watt reference design using a pair of HF50-220 devices. The reference design uses wideband 9:1 transformers for input and output matching, and also includes an on-board bias supply for Class AB operation. The board layout can be easily modified to use Spectrum Devices' thermally enhanced HF50-250 transistors.
