This application note provides step-by-step instructions for setting up a test bench for load pull with x-parameters measurement using two Maury MT98x Series automated tuners, Maury ATS software version 5.1 (build 5 or newer), and the Agilent PNA-X test set, to test a low-power DUT of a type suitable for direct connection to the PNA-X.
