RLC Electronics' model CR-455-R is a zero-bias Schottky Detector designed to operate over the 43.5 to 45.5 GHz frequency range. This rugged, miniature design is suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions. The detector is supplied with a 2.4mm input connector and an SMA output connector. Other types of output connectors are available. The VSWR is 2.0:1 maximum and the flatness is /- 0.5 dB. Typical low-level sensitivity is 0.4 millivolts per microwatt.
