SA10396, Ku Band CDL Compatible RFE Datasheet
The SA10396 Ku-band CDL-compatible RF front-end is designed to meet these requirements with integrated solid-state power amplifier (SSPA) and low-noise amplifier (LNA) performance optimized for airborne and defense communication environments. Operating across key Ku-band frequency ranges, the system delivers high gain, strong output power, and low noise characteristics to support reliable data transmission and reception.
The SSPA section provides 51 dB small signal gain with saturated output power reaching up to 25 watts while maintaining strong gain flatness and efficient power-added performance. Meanwhile, the integrated LNA offers low noise figure performance below 1.8 dB at 15 GHz, helping preserve signal integrity in demanding receive applications.
Designed for rugged operational environments, the RF front-end supports MIL-STD-704F 28 VDC power requirements and operates across extended temperature ranges suitable for aerospace and defense deployments. Its compact 3-inch by 3-inch footprint further supports integration into size- and weight-constrained platforms.
