Richardson RFPD, Inc. recently introduces three new low noise amplifiers (LNAs) that are available from stock for prototype or high-volume production from Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (Skyworks). 

The LNAs offer low noise figure, low current, high linearity, and on-die active bias that ensure consistent performance and enables unconditional stability. These versatile devices are suitable for a range of applications, from ISM to cellular infrastructure.

  • Miniature DFN (8-pin, 2 x 2 mm) package (MSL1 @ 260 °C per JEDEC J-STD-020)
