RFMW Offers 200 Watt EW Switch

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high power, symmetrical SPDT, RF switch assembly from Aethercomm. Employed in communication and electronic warfare (EW) systems where high power, low loss and excellent isolation are required, model number SSHPS 0.020-1.000-200 handles up to 200W CW RF power from 20 to 1,000MHz. Insertion loss is only 0.5 to 0.75dB while isolation is typically 38dB. The SSHPS 0.020-1.000-200 operates from a +28 Vdc supply @ 500 mA maximum and is rated over -40C to +70C and up to 35,000 feet altitude.
