RFMW Introduces High Isolation Switch From TriQuint Semiconductor

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor’s TQP4M0010, SPDT switch featuring up to 50dB of isolation from an internally terminated, absorptive design. This new switch includes an internal decoder and offers a single, positive voltage control of 1.8 to 5V. Operating from 100MHz to 4.5GHz, it’s is ideal for 3G/4G wireless infrastructure and small cell applications as well as T&M and Defense applications where low insertion loss of 0.55dB is a requirement. The TQP4M0010 does not need any external matching components, making it an easy-to-use device in a standard QFN 4x4mm package.
