RFMW Introduces GaN, High-Power Switches From TriQuint Semiconductor

RFMW , Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor’s high power RF switch family. Four models span frequencies up to 18GHz and power levels to 40W.  These SPDT switches offer switching speeds <50nS and insertion loss <1.5dB. Targeting applications in military and civilian radar, EW, communications and test instrumentation, these GaN on SiC switches are available from stock at RFMW, Ltd.

TGS2353: DC-18GHz, 10W power handling, DIE format.
TGS2352: DC-12GHz, 20W power handling, DIE format.
TGS2351: DC-6GHz, 40W power handling, DIE format
TGS2351-SM: DC-6GHz, 40W power handling, QFN package.
