Spanning 1 MHz to 2 GHz, the AQ12 and AQ14 series of ceramic dielectric multilayer capacitors includes chips with capacitance values from 1,000 to 10,000 pF (AQ12) and 5,000 to 100,000 pF (AQ14). Tolerances are specified to +10%.
The capacitors are suited for applications that require high current carrying capabilities, low equivalent series resistance, and high series resonance. Rated voltage is +50 VDC with a temperature coefficient of +15%. Insulation resistance is better than 1 x 104 MW and the dissipation factor is 2.5% at 1 kHz.
