Model PTF 10100 is a 900-MHz transistor optimized for amplification of cellular base station signals. The device features 156-W minimum power out and 50% drain efficiency. It withstands 10:1 output load mismatch conditions and supports traditional analog as well as new digital formats. In class AB two-tone, the transistor demonstrates third order intermodulation distortion of –50 dBc at 50 W PEP and –30 dBc at 150 W PEP. It runs from a +28-VDC supply and features typical power gain of 13 dB.
