RF Techniques

RF Techniques (RFT) is a division of MRF Techniques, Inc. RF Techniques was founded and incorporated in 1989 to support the military and commercial customers. RFT was formed by several former Acrian employees after Acrian was closed down. RF Techniques is a leading manufacturer of High Power Resistors, Attenuators, and Terminations (also known as "RATs") for RF/Microwave industry. We have a full line of Resistors and Terminations up to 300 Watts power handling capability for frequency ranges from DC to 4 GHz. Attenuators come in 0.5 dB increments from zero to 30 dB with power handling up to 250 Watts.

RF Techniques uses a High Temperature Brazing process which yields lower thermal resistance path and higher power handling capability as compared to other manufacturers. There is no soldering/welding involved in any of our processes. The High Temperature Braze process produces RATs with improved reliability and power derating up to 250 deg C.
