RF Planning Tool Accepts Data From MSI Product

EDX Engineering has announced that its EDX SignalPro family of RF planning tools now accepts data files used with the Planet RF planning tool developed by MSI. These files include terrain elevation and land use filed employed during the RF modeling process.

EDX's SignalPro planning tool provides RF modeling capabilities and terrain-based propagation model analysis wireless systems operating across the 30 MHz to 40 GHz range. These include cellular/PCS, paging, specialized mobile radio (SMR)/land mobile radio (LMR), broadcast, Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS), and wireless local loop (WLL) systems.
